We are a Long Island NY based, Trinidadian-inspired catering service and pop up market vendor.

We provide catering of Trinidadian staples to Long Island, the Greater NYC area and beyond. We currently only operate as a Catering service and appear in pop up markets. We do not provide food in the retail space…yet.
